This class explains the general operation of an espresso machine and grinder. We cover the basics of coffee making including extracting a good espresso, creating fine creamy textured milk, and preparing a range of espresso-based drinks.
Machine maintenance is very important so you will also be shown how to maintain a regular cleaning schedule which will help prevent costly repairs.
