This Class explains operation of an espresso machine and grinder, covering the basics of coffee making. We show you how to extract a good shot of espresso, create fine and creamy textured milk, and prepare the range of espresso based drinks that is the universal coffee menu. By the end of the class you will feel confident and have a Barista Certificate to take home and add to the resume!

CLASS TIMES & COST
Classes are held weeknights up in our display room above the retail shop (13 Smith Street Warragul). The duration of the class goes from 6pm to 9pm (3 hour class).
Classes are $150 per person.
