This Class explains operation of an espresso machine and grinder, covering the basics of coffee making. We show you how to extract a good shot of espresso, create fine and creamy textured milk, and prepare the range of espresso based drinks that is the universal coffee menu. By the end of the class you will feel confident and have a Barista Certificate to take home and add to the resume!

Classes are held weeknights up the stairs, above the retail shop, in our demonstration room. 13 Smith Street Warragul. The classes are 3 hours in duration and generally start at 6pm on Wednesday evenings.
Classes are $150 per person.
