The Expobar Minore machine delivers cafe quality coffee. The Minore has a Dual boiler and a large 2000 watt element in each boiler. It has a quick heat up time and plenty of steam, one boiler produces steam, the other hot water. The PID temperature controller can be set very easily to the desired extraction temperature for the blend of coffee you are using. This minimizes the fluctuation in temperature helping to maintain the set temperature. There are two taps – one for hot water to make tea and one for steam, which has a no burn steam arm. The body is made of 2mm thick stainless steel and a comes with a large drip tray. The water reservoir has a capacity of 2.75 litre.
