Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 5 working days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 5 working days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
Coffee Products
Due to the nature of fresh roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee products that have been opened, used, or consumed unless:
- The product has a quality issue
- The incorrect product was supplied
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by Bean Scene Around may be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request at our discretion.
Shipping and handling costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider or payment service, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds can sometimes take additional time to appear.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly supplied

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases on:
- Fresh coffee beans
- Ground coffee
- Opened food products
- Customised or specially prepared orders
