Directions
1.Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with a blind filter.
2.Add 1 level scoop of Evo® for daily cleaning. If cleaning less frequently, use 2 level scoops.
3.Insert the group handle and start the cycle for 10 seconds.
4.Stop the cycle and allow it to sit for 10 seconds.
5.Repeat the start and stop cycle 4 more times.
6.Remove the group handle and rinse thoroughly under running water.
7.Reinsert the handle with the blind filter and run 10 rinse cycles, operating for 5 seconds and stopping for 2 seconds.
8.Remove the blind filter and replace it with the regular filter.
9.Brew and discard one espresso shot to re-season the machine.
